Waystar 2023 Growth Summit: Project Spotlight

Heritage Signs & Displays recently transformed the interior of the Hyatt Regency in downtown Louisville, KY for Waystar’s 2023 Growth Summit. The Heritage team installed impactful event signs for this gathering, including elevator wraps, floor graphics, and other adhesive vinyl graphics to transform the hotel’s main atrium and create an inviting atmosphere for the summit attendees to partake in Waystar’s mission and expansion as a company.

The Hyatt Regency’s interior is a large space, which provided ample opportunity for Waystar’s unique branding and colors to be reflected, particularly along the hotel escalators and glass railings. This required the use of adhesive vinyl to be custom cut and installed in strategic locations around the Hyatt Regency’s interior and its multiple floors. Maintaining branding consistency and creating an immersive space for the 2023 Growth Summit was critical to making the event a success. The experienced signage professionals at Heritage Signs & Displays were up to the challenge.

The most striking part of the atrium was the main escalator, which was a perfect opportunity for adhesive vinyl graphics to be applied to either side of the escalator glass. This escalator led up to the second floor, where the Heritage team installed the Growth Summit 2023 text and the Waystar logo on the glass railing without bubbling or creasing. This allowed for a seamless fusion of graphical elements throughout the event space.

Alongside the escalators, the hotel elevators on the 1st and 2nd levels were adorned with the Waystar logo and event graphics during installation. The elevator wraps allowed for the Waystar branding to travel with convention attendees at both key foot traffic points within the hotel space.

In addition to the graphics on the elevators, escalators, and railings, floor graphics were applied to strategic locations of the hotel’s interior to maintain brand consistency and to add extra visual appeal at all key gathering spaces.

In preparation for the Growth Summit 2023, the Hyatt Regency underwent a remarkable transformation with the complete installation of Waystar branding, turning its interior into a captivating showcase. Once the event had been completed, Heritage’s sign installation team professionally removed the conference signs using the same commitment to speed and efficiency with which the signs had been installed initially. The graphics that the Heritage team installed nurtured an attractive environment for the event to be a success and for Waystar’s brand to be amplified and leave a lasting connection on all who attended the convention.
